Dear Mr. King, I wanted to take a few moments of your time to acknowledge the professionalism your staff and business have consistently shown in the past few months.

In August 2007, my wife and I met Lisa Reynolds in the Eubank showroom with the intent of remodeling our kitchen. Lisa was professional and courteous from the beginning. Always available to answer questions or help us out with changes in our planning, Lisa went above and beyond to insure we were informed every step of the way.

Please thank Lisa on our behalf. The kitchen was completed at the end of October and my wife and I are both pleased with the outcome.

On another note, when a shelf in our pantry collapsed in November, Lisa took care of the issue. Within one hour of my phone call, a service technician appeared on my doorstep and fixed the shelf. With service like that, it is no secret that your organization is a top-notch establishment.

It’s not easy to find a company today that offers excellent service and a good product, but Davis Kitchens has done both.

Lisa Pac was able to come up with a floor plan where we have twice the amount of cabinets as before yet have enough space for a small bar for eating. Lisa is really good at her job!

We can’t sing Smitty’s praises enough (as I am sure you do too.) He is so efficient and thorough in his work and does not waste Davis’s time nor the customers. Truly a professional.

Pat is another good representative of your company. She shows how knowledgeable she is and it is very reassuring to know she is checking to make sure everything is to a customer’s satisfaction.
